Hey, we’re Junior-GBM Leipzig!
Our city group has been working since 2015 to foster networking and exchange among life sciences students within Leipzig University and with other universities in Germany. We organise excursions, seminars and series of lectures to develop soft skills, encourage contact with local research groups and provide guidance on university life. As a group within the GBM, we are part of a vast Germany-wide network of students and researchers who come together at the GBM’s various annual conferences to expand our network of contacts.
Our city group consists of Leipzig students of the life sciences at all stages of their studies (Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD). This means we are well connected across all stages of the degree programme. At monthly meetings, we plan our events – everyone contributes as much as they can at any given time.
Do you have any questions about the work of Junior GBM Leipzig, or about upcoming meetings or events? Then simply contact us at the email address provided. Anyone interested is warmly invited to our meetings! We look forward to seeing you!
